Towne Book Center (TBC) Book Club
Also known as “THE” Book Club, and “The Original” Book Club, the TBC Book Club has been meeting since our Trappe days, starting over 16 years ago! Former staff member Pam and her side kick, long time staff member Mary, run the original book club and longtime customers refer to the book club as “Mary’s Book Club.” They read a variety of fiction and nonfiction books across many genres, and most of their selections have been New York Times and Indie Bestsellers. The members of the book club all submit books to be voted on by the group as a whole to determine reading selections and the group averages 20 people per meeting. The TBC Book Club also frequently hosts the authors of some of their selections.
TBC Book Club meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7pm.
