Another undeniable classic! The book that got me into reading when I was a kid! Mary Lennox is very jaded and apathetic for a child. But when her parents die, and she’s forced to move in with her English uncle in the countryside, she begins to see the world as it really is, full of wonder and whimsy galore! But not all is as it seems in this mansion, Mary hears mysterious cries in the night! What could it be?
Beautifully drawn, comically funny, and cheesily worded, THE PRINCESS AND THE GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH is a truly lovely read! Lady Camembert wants to just live her life with her video games (they have those in this world?) and pretty clothes, but without a husband to marry, she will be penniless. What is a lesbian to do?! Disguise herself as a man, of course! But when lovely Princess Brie makes an entrance into Cam’s heart, will her secret be safe?
This was truly fantastical! DRAGONFALL follows multiple points of view, mainly those of Arcady, a thief, and Everen, an ancient dragon! Full of whimsical worldbuilding, queer romance, and suspense, DRAGONFALL is the perfect read for those looking for their new favorite high-fantasy series! I am eagerly awaiting the next entry!

I just watched the NIMONA movie, and I just got one word to describe it: METAL. Now, for those of you who have also just seen the movie, did you catch in the credits that it was a graphic novel first? Well, here it is! NIMONA started off as a webcomic posted on tumblr from 2012-2014, following the same premise as the movie; an impulsive, shapeshifting Nimona comes to work for the recently ostracized Ballister Blackheart. If you haven’t read the webcomic, I highly suggest that you do to see where it all started, and how they're different!
